TanyaJacobs-Chianale

The Equestry Founder
I began riding at eight, and horses have remained a constant throughout a life lived across continents — riding and competing in Africa, the Middle East, France, and Italy. Drawn to France at seventeen to train at one of the country’s most distinguished equestrian centres, I returned shortly after to work with young horses on the ground.

A background spanning showjumping, dressage, and years of work with young and sensitive horses gave me a deep understanding of both the athletic and psychological dimensions of the horse–human relationship. In time, that understanding extended beyond the arena: I trained formally in equine-assisted approaches to human wellbeing, bringing a studied, clinically informed perspective to the space where horses and people meet.

The Equestry was founded from that breadth of experience — and from a profound belief in what becomes possible when horses are met with patience, knowledge, and genuine respect. Menorca, with its ancient horsemanship traditions and restorative landscape, felt like the only place it could begin.

Sita Moll

Equestrian Specialist
Sita Moll has devoted her life to the study and understanding of horses, developing her expertise at both national and international level. Her work centres on authentic communication — guiding riders towards a more conscious, respectful, and connected approach to horsemanship.

Her methodology, Synchronisation of Movement™️, brings clarity and coherence to equestrian technique, helping riders understand when, how, and why to apply the aids. Her teaching integrates the biomechanics and anatomy of both horse and rider, promoting balance, harmony, and overall wellbeing.

Alongside her equestrian work, Sita has undertaken extensive training in emotional intelligence and personal development, including ongoing formation through horse-based work and a Master’s level training in social coaching for motivation and processes of change. This combination informs her distinctive approach — supporting both horse and rider in developing awareness, connection, and meaningful transformation.

Denise Stergoulis

Integrative Psychotherapist
Denise is an accredited Integrative Psychotherapist based in Harley Street, London, with extensive experience facilitating equine-assisted work. She brings a grounded, perceptive presence to each session — creating the conditions for participants to explore awareness, relational dynamics, and embodied communication through their interactions with the horse.

Her work is precise and deeply attuned, combining psychological insight with a calm, steady approach that supports both reflection and lived experience. Working alongside horses offers a direct, non-verbal way of engaging with patterns of relating, emotional responses, and internal states as they arise in the moment.

Denise’s approach is thoughtful and contained, meeting each person where they are while allowing space for clarity, connection, and meaningful shift.
